When a boy's grandparents motor up to his house on a brand new, shiny, purring Harley Davidson, a boy might feel something in his soul that provokes wild fits of glee, accompanied by unending pleas for a ride. But, not my boys. Oh, no! They are a cautious sort. They are hyper aware and vigilant of motor safety in general.
Hence a most astute observation from #3 as we drove past a motorcyclist yesterday:
Him: Oh, my! Did you see that guy?!!!
Me: Yeah, that was a weird looking motorcycle, huh?
Him: Yeah, but did you see HIM? He was so. . . dangerous!
Me: Really? How?
Him: He was riding his motorcycle without a helmet and he was. . .BALD!
