Communication is key

There are those days when the patriarch's work schedule prohibits him from spending any time with the boys.  They are at school--he's at the hospital.  They are home from school--he's still at the hospital.  They are in bed--he eventually returns from the hospital, but everyone's sleeping.  Yesterday was one of those days.  But, I'm happy to say that the boys and their father are not want for means of communications.  Exhibit A:

I have no idea what this means and, yet, it gives me warm fuzzy feelings.
