Duped!

Taking a break from my more serious reflections on all things homeschooling. . .

First, I want to say that I am proud to announce that #3 is the youngest in our family to read The Hobbit.  That's kind of a big deal because, by virtue of being #3, he's always last.  But, this time, this book, he's first--even though he's technically last.

Tonight, I was walking across the family room, while the 3 boys were quietly reading.

#3:  Wow, Mom, The Hobbit is awesome!

Me:  I know!  It's only one of the best pieces of Literature in the English language.  I'm so glad you like it.

#3:  Wait!  You didn't tell me this was Literature. . .come on, MOM!
