It's way too hot to do anything. Thus, we've been watching more NickJr. than reasonable.
This morning, as another fascinating piece of preschool programming commenced, the eldest boy (who is more than tolerant of his younger brothers' viewing preferences) had a most observant question.
#1: Why do these crazy shows always have to have talking animals?
#2: Well, maybe because it's not so usual. Like, maybe people want to see animals talking because that would be really funny. Maybe some kids dream about stuff like that.
