To the finish

A friend of #1 was asked by his mother to take out the trash while we were visiting in their home recently. As the child went to get the trash bag from his mother, #1 was overheard saying:

"I'll go with you to be your back up, in case you die on the way."

And that, my friends, is what friendship is all about.
