It's working!

We have boys. Only boys. 3 of them. We are trying very hard to raise the sort of boys who develop into sensitive and considerate gentlemen.

Having said that, one can only imagine my deeply felt sense of accomplishment when we returned from a dinner out tonight and our babysitter reported that one of our boys was not only polite and modest in his request for her to "Please come and shut the bathroom door" as he sat upon the toilet. He also had the utmost consideration to suggest, "You may want to hold your nose."

Yep. Pride. That's what I'm feeling.
